Lambing picking up pace now. Twin Pedigree Hebridean lambs from Slatehouse Aclare, one of each, all doing well. 4 down, 12 to go. Sorry about the pic, no power in heb field shelter
This little chap made an appearance this morning from a first time Hebridean mum, Dad is a Hampshire down. Like the Hebridean lambs he was on his feet within a few minutes.
Lambing nursery up a bit to early for my liking. One of left was the smallest triplet from yesterdays lambing, he's doing well but had to be taken away as other two taking all the milk and mum ignoring him. They say Friday 13th is unlucky, but for us, it was the start of lambing.. at last :) Twin Pedigree Hebridean lambs (ram + ewe). Both doing extremely well :) (p.s nothing wrong with lambs eye, just flash from camera :) ) ... See more
