Hebridean Hogget, is similar to lamb, but as the sheep take longer to grow they’re generally not ready for meat until about 18 months of age. The slow-growing process still produces wonderful succulent meat with a darker colour than traditional lamb but is just as tasty if not better. Our hogget is available at various times throughout the year.
